Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with nice arran toiletries. The location was marvellous and lovely, close to theatres with easy access to main shopping street and a shopping area. Also, we were not very far from St Georges Tron.

The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the executive queen room with skyline views, everything was very good. The staff were efficient and decent and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge.

Consider requesting room service for breakfast to avoid busy dining times, as the buffet can get crowded during peak hours.

I liked how well I was treated because I was quarantined with COVID there. The staff were helpful, friendly, and kind.
I can’t think of anything!

The location was excellent and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was well insulated and the bed comfortable.
The towels: mine were very thin and holed in places. The bedside lights: poorly designed for reading in bed. The water pressure in the shower was very low.

Very nice hotel in excellent situation for city centre. Added bonus was car parking, although this is limited. Staff were very efficient. Good experience all round.
